Essential Oil Recipe for Muscle and Soreness Discomfort

  • 10 drops Marjoram
  • 10 drops Peppermint
  • 10 drops Lemongrass
  • 10 drops Copaiba
  • 5 drops Black Pepper

Add all essential oils to a 10ml rollerball and top it off with Fractionated Coconut Oil.

Apply mixture and rub into area of concern after application. Apply to area of concern every 3 hours or as needed.
